If this is an athlete’s first sport of the year:
- Each athlete must complete the sports clearance packet.
- Have a current ASB
- Pay the sport fee
If this is an athlete's second or third sport of the year:
- They only have to fill out the Emergency form and Safety Guidelines for that sport (plus have a current physical on file).
- Pay the sport fee
